Giant Dipper
The Giant Dipper is an amazing Prior and Church design that originally opened in 1924. This wild ride is a real throwback to the golden age of coasters .. where the wood coaster was king (as it should be!). This half mile long coaster was built in just fourty-seven days, and only cost 15 cents for a single ride ticket when it first opened.I believe that this ride was in danger of being torn down, but thankfull it was saved. It is now on the National Historic Register, so it should be thrilling people for many, many more years to come.
