Six Flags St. Louis
I had been wanting to visit Six Flags St. Louis for several years, but for some reason I thought it was too far. I wish I hadn't waited so long because it really is a lovely park. It reminded me a lot of what Six Flags Great America (in Chicago) was like when I started going there in 1998. The rides are run well, there are a lot of trees and shade, and the whole park has some genuine atmosphere.I'll admit that the coaster collection probably won't win any awards for being spectacular, but it's certainly not bad .. I'd even say above average. Batman and Mr. Freeze really stood out as being my favorite rides there. So much so that I have individual pages just for them:
