Batman: The Ride
When Batman The Ride opened at Six Flags Great America in
Chicago in 1992, it was so popular that now there are more than 10 copies
(clones) throughout the world. This is the Coney Island Cyclone of steel
coasters, a truly remarkable layout that I still enjoy riding after almost
10 years (I first rode one in 1998). So why am I so stoked about another
Batman? Well you see Batman The Ride at Six Flags St. Louis is a mirror
image of all the others.
This was like riding Batman again, for the first time (except without all
of the shaking and being pale!). I can say that the mirror image is just
as fun, fast and forceful as the original.
