The Tast Of Chicago
Colin is in town (from Florida), and he was just dying to spend his 17th birthday with me at the Taste Of Chicago! I hadn't been for years, so I was happy to go down there with him. It was a super-fun evening..You'll notice that very few photos are of food .. well that's because eating is the least efficient thing to do at the taste - very expensive, and the samples are too large to really enjoy a lot of it. Plus all the food is from local places, so there are no really good opportunities to try new things. Still, being downtown (by the lake) on a warm summer evening is one of the joys of Chicago!
